BlackBerry® Professional Software and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express

I am running Blackbery Professional Software and was trying to create a separate icon on the smartphones for BES messages. I found the instructions but before I did this I just wanted to make sure this will work on the Professional Software because the instructions are for Blackberry Enterprise Server.

What version of device and OS are you running? On the newest versions you can use the DESKTOP mail icon and remove mail from being delivered to the catch all messages folder via Messages > Menu > Options > Inbox Settings

BPS does not support the extra icon since you can knot apply SP5 to it.

Devices running OS 5 have the ability to do it out of the box.

there is a 3rd party app that can do it.

OK thanks that is what I will do upgrade to Express 5 then. Thanks for your help.  I don't want to pay for 3rd party software for 13 phones.
