Error 404 trying to connect to webconsole

Everything was working just fine until last week when we begin to receive these errors

 

When I try to access the console using https port (3443)

 I'm getting this error

HTTP Status 404 - /

type Status report

message /

description The requested resource (/) is not available.

JBossWeb/2.0.0.GA_CP

If I try to use the port 18180 (non HTTPS) I don't even get the error.

 

Can someone plese help me?

 

I don't want to reinstall BESX. My BESX version is 5.03 on Windows Server 2003 SP2

Firewall is off

TCP/IP and Named Pipes are enabled

restarted BB services

resrted whole server

any errors in teh BAS AS log?

 

default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue

The Java version are as follow

 

Java 6 Update 18

and

Java 6 Update 24

 

I checked the creation date and  are fine with the instalation date.

I dont see anything that sticks out.

 

You can reinstall just BAS, that usually fixes it 90% of the time.
