In our company we have a Bes Express 220.127.116.11
We have two users who frequently travel by airplane.
Most airports use a boardingsystem that sends a link by e-mail or sms to the client.
This link redirects the client to an image of a qr-code which they can scan at the boarding gate.
Since a month or so those users get an 'http-error 500" when downloading this image.
At this time they can browse to websites on the internet so connectivity seems ok.
This issue is hard to reproduce because you actualy have to buy a boardingpass to test this.
The devices they use are:
- BB 8520 with softwareversion 18.104.22.1681 (Platform 22.214.171.124)
- BB 8520 with softwareversion 126.96.36.1994 (Platform 188.8.131.52)
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

OS 4.6 in very old, upgrade that one to 5.0
I have never tried this app, but maybe their default browser isnt set correctly
You can have them change their default browser to allow them to use their carrier instead of BES for internet access.

by default the device will use BlackBerry browser which goes through your BES
Do you use a proxy?
