HTML Support in Mail in BPS

Is it the case that in the current version of BPS that you cannot view mails in HTML format like you can in BES Ver 4.1 SP6? Or did you hear if this is in the pipeline for the next SP?

That is correct. BPS is based on Service Pack 4 for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. HTML email became available in Service Pack 6.

 

We don't have a timeframe on when the next update to BPS will be coming around.
