I've got a group of users whose mail is coming in batches to their handhelds

The mail can be delayed as much as an hour or more, with tons of messages spewing in at once. The Bes and email servers look fine, there have been no issues prior to this. Does anyone know of any address or routing issues? Their carrier is T-Mobile.

Thanks,

Bob

Re: I've got a group of users whose mail is coming in batches to their handhelds

My server version is showing as 5.0.2 bundle 14

I cant seem to locate the upgrade path from here. The later service packs have info on the required rev level, but they are all far ahead of this one (bundle 51).

Any ideas? is there a chart somewhere?

Thanks,

Bob

Re: I've got a group of users whose mail is coming in batches to their handhelds

I have the paid one I believe, on a standalone server with sql2005. Can I go up to 5.03 with Exchange 2010 SP1?

I dont believe I've ever encountered BES Express, how can you tell?

Thanks,

Bob
