Here is my error log I am trying to install BES Express and it fails with 'Installer was unable to obtain LDAP information about the BlackBerry service account.

My log error lines are below, I have googled this to death with no luck.

I am installing on Windows 2003R2 and have Windows 2008 R2 and a new Exchange 2010 server. All the ldap authentication seems to be fine in the logs no errors.

is the user account hidden?

have you tried to make a new service account? sometiemes it works second shot if any permission were not set right.

run this test on the affected user
