Hi there,
Apologies if this email is on the wrong board but I can't seem to find much official assistance with my issue.
A client has had their SBS 2003 server hackewd and it has been sending out a lot of spam. The server ended up on a number of blacklists before the source of the spam was found and fixed. The server has now been removed from most Blacklists but we appear to be unable to send any emails to blackberry's. Is there a RIM blacklist we need to apply to be removed from or will it happen on its own once the reputation of the mail server improves?

BES has nothing to do with Blacklists, The RIM NOC just makes the connection from BES to the Device.
But the mail filter before BES might have an effect on your emails.
Is your BES actually running.
