Hello Friends,

Thanks a lot for resolving my doubts in the previous posts.

My management is going to have a BB sync in 2 days.

My concern lies in the fact that I do not know how to approach the sync.

I have completed these necessary steps

1) Get the required environment ready. (win server 2k8r2 etc.)

2) Install Google apps connector and create profile.

3) Install BESx.

4) ?

What are the next steps i need to follow to get the actual sync started? Is there any document that I missed? any video explaining me how to do it? Any help will be highly appreciated.
