I subscribe for the BES Express 5.0.3  for microsoft exchange, i have  the command number but i never receive a mail from electronivsoftwaredistribution@rim.com with the CAL keys and the SRP id and SRP keys

i sent a mail to clientsupport@rim.com  -- no answer -  i need help please - where can i find this keys

my microsft version 2008 R2  french version

exchange 2010 sp1  french version

bes express 5.0.3 bundle 12 install french version

did you order the BES express server? I have seen many that just get the installer.

i order many bes express because when i sent an order at the same address, i don't receive mail with attachment and Keys

the last order is number 307438 order date 07/07/11   with no answer

I am bulding a backup of the production BES server but I am unable to locate the keys, where can i find my keys?

They are located in the database, but in BAS you can find them there.

For SRP

Open BAS, Blackberry Solution Topology> Component View> BES5 and you will see the SRP listed

For CALs

Blackberry Solution Topology>Component view>Blackberry Administration Service>
