Knotty Rope, I think my problem may be similar. I noticed you asked for the PM and the IMEI. Where would I find this info and how do I check to see if the HH I am trying to activate is provisioned correctly?

To find your PIN and ESN/IMEI, perform one of the following actions:
# In the handheld options or settings, click Status.
# Look for the PIN and ESN/IMEI information on the outside of the box that your handheld came in.
# Turn the handheld off and remove the battery. Look for the sticker on the handheld with the PIN and ESN/IMEI information where the battery is normally located.
You can check it here if you have tsupport package
