I have 49 BB users setup and working with a newly installed BES 5.0.3 on a stand alone virtual (VMWare) server. 48 of the users are working 100% and all the organizer data is syncing no problem. However I have 1 user (obviously he is the Chief Executive) and his data does not synchronize entirely. Email is working no problem, he does have an issue with his data connection dropping occasionally (Vodacom) but when it comes back up any data entered during that period does not synchronize.
I have tested it on my BB and if I enter a calendar appointment while I have no data connection it does synchronize once the data connection is back up.
Anybody have any ideas where I can start to look to trouble shoot this problem? I have looked in the logs but I'm not quite sure what I am looking for, thanks!

That's the weird thing it doesn't ever update.
I ran the test and it passed everything except the EWS calendar find request, but that is the same for all users:
CDO logon successful
Get default calendar folder successful
Get calendar folder name successful: 'Calendar'
CDO test completed successfully
Active Directory permissions test completed successfully
Initializing EWS Proxy... successful
Configuring User... successful
EWS calendar find request... failed
Is there a way to force the reconciliation?

It happens with all organizer data though, he entered a new phone number and it did not sync across because his data connection was down and when it cam back up it did not reconcile the new number
