Did you move the existing BB user's mailbox between mail servers before or after running Transporter?
Our scenerio is Exchange server 2003 with BB Pro and Exchange Server 2010 with BES Express. We successfully moved 1-existing user (non-BlackBerry User) mailbox in Exchange and then created his new BB User successfully.
Thanks,
Scott

You will have to move user to BES Express first then move mail box to 2010 since older versions of BES (4.x) can knot access 2010.

Correct Thanks very much.
First moved 1-BB User using Transponder. Second, moved Exchange mailbox from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. Activation did not complete until both steps completed.
