I currently having an issue with one of my clients BB, when she sends a message from her outlook a duplicate copy appears on the BB inbox as unread mail.

The BB was previously on BIS but now moved to BES.

These are the steps I did to change it from BIS to BES

1. Went to the BIS site and removed the email account from it
2. Uninstalled Desktop Manager from her computer
3. Wiped the Handheld
4. Activated it on BES

I had no issue activating on BES and at a lost on what I could cause the issue.

I have reviewed the BB KB and can't seem to find the right solution.

I have even done a wipe handheld and activating again on BES and the problem just reappeared again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it only on the HH or does it show up on the mail client too?

Does the HH have kept a copy of sent items on it?

That might be putting it back into the inbox.

Sorry, On the HH there is a setting for that. I dont have one on me to find it.

I had her go to messages - options - general settings and then had her set hide sent messages to "yes" and saved it

Tried again and the problem is still there
