After upgrading to: "BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express v5.0.3" I can no longer do remote searches on any of our Blackberry's. I get: "Search cancelled by remote service. Please try again later." That only happens when I change search type from local to remote.

We upgraded from 5.0.2 to 5.0.3 (Blackberry Enterprise--not Express) and are seeing this exact problem.
Search By > Advanced, Search Messages [drop-down] > Remotely
Enter Criteria, Search... results in an error being thrown by the device.
"Search cancelled by remote service. Please try again later"
Completed the upgrade on June 6th.
We recently updated the majority of our devices to the new 9800's.
Windows Server 2003 SP2, separate server for this role.
Exchange 2007 SP3, separate server for this role.
Windows Server 2003, SP2 - domain controller, separate server for this role
Windows Server 2008 R2 / SQL 2008 R2 - Hosting BESMgmt DB - separate server for this role.
Not certain that the issue began after the device upgrades/reactivations or after the BES 5.0.3 upgrade--I'm assuming after the upgrade though.

I think there is a bug in version 5.0.3.....

V1.2.1
- BES is on dedicated server
- Using Exchange 2007
Worked fine with v5.0.2. It might have happened after I upgraded the Domain Controller to Windows 2008 Infrastructure/Domain (Maybe or could just be the upgrade from 5.0.2 Express to 5.0.3 Bes Express)

Already did that long time ago and that's not the issue.
