Restrict User from sending Emails fron device

Hi,

I need to stop a user from sending emails from his device.

Do I need to create any IT Policy?

Please guide as its little urgent.

disable the user in BAS and or wipe the device

your mail server might be able to block the messagess too

I dont want to disable the user from BES or its stop from syncing the calendar or contacts.

But just stop the Email communication from his device.
