BlackBerry® Professional Software and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express

I am familiar with the functionality of the BlackBerry Professional software and its ability to wirelessly sync all aspects of Outlook from a Microsoft Exchange Server (ie. email, contacts, appointments, tasks, etc.).  How would I wirelessly sync all of these items without the BlackBerry Pofessional software or an enterprise server.  As far as I can tell, the BlackBerry Desktop Software only allows for USB or Bluetooth syncing of Outlook data.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would need some other software like AstraSync.

From further research, it appears that third party software is the only way to do this - which is what AndyDufresne suggested.  His solution was AstraSyn, but it has not yet been released.  I know another similar program is SyncJe.  Does anyone else know of some other options?
