hi everyone,
I searched on many sites and posts for this issue, but i still cant find a way to fix it.
here's my configuration:
SBS2008R2
exchange 2007 sp updated
BAS 5.0.3
i can't login on BAS with AD credentials, nor with BAS credentials.
here's the end of the BAS-AS log
seems there's a problem between sql & java.
Can you help me with that ?

have you tried to restart BAS service and wait 5 min, check memory levels to see if it goes beyond 100 meg?
what error do you get exactly when trying to access BAS?

When i type the credentials it says:
"The username, password, or domain is not correct. Please correct the entry."
As you guess, i'm sure about my credentials.
when I restart the services, after 5 min it stands at :
BAS-AS.exe 643.388k java service
BAS-NCC.exe 109.576k java service
I checked on another server in which the BAS works fine, it appears to be the same memory values (more or less)

Java been updated? Dont update it, it is not needed but check the following
http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB14697
Also modify this key, it seems to get the wrong value during an upgrade for some.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic
-Xmx1024m
by
-Xmx768m

followed the kb but the registry keys are already pointing on the right jvm path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.6.0_18\bin\client\jvm.dll
I changed the registry value with Xmx768m ....restarted the services (also waited 5minutes for the IIS) and....
same issue....

BES does not use IIS
KB18267 The username, password, or domain is not correct logging to BAS
KB17950 The username, password, or domain is not correct
LDAP setup issues

Do not require Kerberos preauthentication is already unchecked
KB17950: neither this message
