Since yesterday afternoon I cannot send nor receive messages on my terminals. The configuration worked for over 2 years, without any problem. The only change made yesterday on the server was uninstalling of the Symantec Protection Suite Enterprise edition.
I'm using BES Express for MS Exchange 5.0.2 (bundle 14) and SQL Server Express Edition 9.00.5000.00
Exchange is version 6.5.7638.1
In the systems logs I get the following error message: BB Dispatcher service ended: specific error 5009
This error has something to do with the connection to the SQL server.
In the BB Server Configuration Panel the testing of the SQL Server connection fails: "Test connection to database failed. Please verify that all database settings are correctly entered and that the specified SQL Server is running"
Server is up and running, settings have not been changed.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
