I'll surely do that but at the moment I'm just trying to find out if it mada any change. Thanks for your help so far
Unfortunatelly it didn't help. Users are still having the same problem with calendar sync

Some time ago i posted about calender sync problems and my solution in my environtment.
Our problem was caused by Outlook cached mode and a lot of users who open other calenders as delegates and these calenders where also cached (can be set via gpo or in Outlook).
I disabled the cached mode for all users in the LAN who are using other calenders as delegates and the problem went away.
