We applied for production push details 2 weeks ago and our client wont go live with the app until we have that. In about a week's time they will cancel the contract if we dont have these details. Can anyone help me. Im done sending emails to RIM.

I sent a mail to that account and was asked to apply again for the production account. I did that a week ago but still no feedback.
What frustrates me so much is that it is probably a 1 hour job for someone to generate production details yet we have been waiting for more than a month and our client has lost interest.
