BB10 push: could not map device

Hi,

I'm trying to send a push notification to Z10 device connected through BlackBerry Device Service.

This is the request:

http://localhost:9080/push?DESTINATION=2A86841E&PORT=80&REQUESTURI=/

Headers:
X-Rim-Push-Id: 124122@test.com
X-Rim-Push-Type: Browser-Message
X-RIM-Push-Title: Test
X-RIM-Push-Channel-ID: http://zde.html

Body:
test

And the response:

HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
Via: MDS_10.1.0.11
x-rim-multidest-push-supported: true
Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8
Content-Length: 1048
Date: Wed, 19 Jun 2013 09:22:44 GMT

HTTP Status 403 - could not map device2A86841E

type Status report

message could not map device2A86841E

description Access to the specified resource (could not map device2A86841E) has been forbidden.

Apache Tomcat/6.0.32

The same response if I don't specify headers and body.

I've googled a bit and see similar error but with IPPP host mentioned.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Nick

Re: BB10 push: could not map device

Hi Nick,

Browser push is actually not currently supported for BES as of BlackBerry 10.
