BIS PPG Base URL

I'm trying to set up a BIS push server to send push messages to blackberry devices

 

In the limited documentation provided they includes a PPG BASE URL

 

https://cpxxx.pushapi.na.blackberry.com

 

I'm also provided a CPID.

 

Am I to assume here that the 3 digit CPID would comprise as my PPG BASE URL?
