Ok, we have registered signing keys a week ago so it must be push enabled.
We are using the latest version available at the site (http://developer.blackberry.com/android/tools/) - version 1.5

We have expaned the logs from our application and gpt next lines when using a name of the *.cdf file as "android":

 probably there some spare info, but the main goal is 

registrationId = null, error = SERVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE

I received confirmation that the file should be named android.cfg.

As for the error message, have you enabled WiFi? Do you have the BlackBerry logo in the title bar of the device home screen?

Yes, Wi-Fi is on and there is no Blackberry icon ontop, this is screenshot:

The missing BlackBerry logo means that the device is not in contact with the BlackBerry infrastructure and would result in the error you received. Does your WiFi network have any restricting firewall rules in place?

What are the reasons for such issue could be ? .... we remamber now that before security viping there were a Blackberry logo.

It could be an issue with your WiFi network restricting access, which is why I was asking about that in my last post.

Hi Garett,

I'm Alex, Yuriy's coworker.

We've double checked everything, tried using the device on many WiFis access points and with several SIM-cards. At the moment it looks like after the wipe the device just lost BB connectivity, that's it. We've tried to re-upload the updated firmware a couple of times, didn't help.

We really had no choice but to release our app with Push support disabled - which would be really disappointing for many loyal customers switching to BB10.

We are still trying to bring the Dev Alpha device back to life. Virtually any suggestions/advices are appreciated!

Hi Alex,

On the device being tested are you able to open and use BBM successfully? If that does not work then I would suggest contacting the technical support folks for more help getting your device able to contact the BlackBerry infrastructure:
