Can not Login credentials for the Content Provider Admin Portal

Hi,

I got  BlackBerry Push Service Production Credentials from RIM

 

There is  one section.

 

Login credentials for the Content Provider Admin Portal
    

Portal Address:
    

https://cpadmin.pushapi.na.blackberry.com/mss/CP_l

Portal Username:
    

xxxxxxxxg@zzzzzzzz.com

Portal Pwd:
    

P@ssword!

 

I try to login, but I got invalid usernameépassword. Could some give me hint.
