Doubts regarding Push Responses Code

Hi,

 

I am facing the problem while using registering for the push services in the device.RIM has given sample app,to check it.

We need to change the APP Id and BIS portal id,So  i gave my app id and BIS portal,I am getting status code as internal server error finally with large chunk of String data as shown in the form1

 

and also in this post1.

 

Any ideas how to solve this issue.while quering for this issue,I got the response of to make a server based call to check the subscription status.How do i make the query to check the subscription status?
