I just want to know. Is 100% trust client always recieve push message?
Because, Like Apple Push documentation says "Remember that delivery of notifications is “best effort” and is not guaranteed."
So just want to know. If you guys have any reference. It will be great.

The Push Service is very reliable at delivering pushes, but cannot guarantee "100%" delivery of pushes.
For most push applciations, this is okay. If you have highly trusted information that is essential that it reach your users 100% of the time, then you could make a call from your application running on your device to, for example, an HTTP servlet letting it know that the push was received.
Let me know if you have any questions.
