I recall reading somewhere that there is a requirement that if my app will generate network data usage that I need to add that warning message when my app is first installed and run for the first time. So I have two questions:

1) Is there a standard text I need to use is this message?

2) Is there a central place where I can find similar requirements/rules?

Are you referring to Push apps? If you can refer me to where this is written I may be able to get you more info on it.

Yes I am referring to push apps, I remember reading somewhere that we are required to display a warning that our apps might cause the user to get  a data bill. Is there some standard text we are supposed to use?

As I said above, if you could refer me to where you read this I can get you more information. As of right now I am not aware of this restriction.
