I've just registered for push service, and received the app. Id and password in an email.

And I have a question, during the registration process I was asked about the Transport for pushes either (BIS) or (BIS and BES) and I choose (BIS).

I don't know exactly how this will affect the push process, does it means that devices which are connected to the internet through the BES will not receive my push messages or what does it mean?

Correct. Devices that are BES only are sitting behind a corporations' firewall so you can't push to them. Some devices have both BIS and BES in which case you will be able to push to them.
