ServerSide PPGURL https://pushapi.eval.blackberry.com is Not Reponding

Error : The remote server does not connect BadRequest(400)
Sahil Kakkar is typing a message.
Sahil Kakkar: Url Is showing request timeout on pining on commandline

 

Please help in making the server side programming for push notification to the Device .
