I got the client-sample-app to work with debug-portal, both of which are included in the BPSS SDK. However, on the next day, I uninstalled and installed the client -sample-app again, only this time, the registration failed consistently with the message: "Request to register failed. Caused by java.lang.Exception: Registration with BPAS was rejected  by server."

I used the same phone, the same SIM card and the tomcat server was not changed at all.

Anyone ever found this problem before?

Did you check the settings for the client sample application to ensure the URLs are still correct?

There is also a log menu option you can look at to help you debug, try looking at that.

Oh yeah, wanted to add one more thing that might help you - the SDK has it's own log file. When you installed the SDK you gave it a path to where the log files are kept - take a look in there to get a clue as to why it might be failing on the server side (if your request from the device is even making it to the server side).

What URL and settings are you using when registering with RIM push server from the device?

Try setting your device logging level to DEBUG - it will give you more info.
