what does it mean about 100 subscribers in Eval form?

Hi everybody,

 

I have a question about information in the Eval form. When I received the response of RIM, I saw that I can have 100 subscribers. So, my question: what does it mean for 100 subscribers? 100 different subscribers or 100 succesful times for subscribing a user?
