Blackberry Protect doesn't work

I already turn on my blackberry protect as well as the location service.

However when I log-in to https://protect.blackberry.com

 

it is stated that:

 

A device isn’t associated with BlackBerry Protect.

When you log into BB Protect via that website you linked to, did you use your full email address rather than just a username?

From the Protect site, you can switch devices. Make sure your current device is the one associated with Protect as well as your BlackBerry ID.
