1 have been checking for BB OS10 Update daily since my AppWorld crashed on Monday thinking there was an update since many Q10 users around the world has the same problem. No new update was available. OS10 V10.1.0.2309 is the current version. What I did was to back up my Q10 and use the Reload Device Software to do a factory reset. Once it was completed, I detached the USB Cable and set up my Q10 up to WiFi connection. I was than prompted to update the OS10 Software (162mb) V10.0.1.2309 on my Q10 before I did a factory reset. It took about 20 minutes to complete updating the software. Please ensure your Q10 is connected to the power supply. I presume the update was comprehensive and no missing files as opposed to just updating the AppWorld only. Once the Software was updated, I rebooted my Q10 again and I was connected to my WiFi. I tried reloading BlackBerry AppWorld; voila it launched and did not crash. I connected my Q10 via USB and restored my Backup files to restore basic settings, e-mails and Apps that I had installed before. I rebooted my Q10 to make sure that the AppWorld will not crash this time and it actually launched without any problem. I updated my BlackBerry Apps without any hiccup and my Q10 is working as before. This works for me and I am not sure if it does for the rest of you guys. Please ensure you backup your data via BlackBerry Link.
