New BB Q10.
Can't set up emails.
Tried advanced settings, used Microsoft Exchange Active Sync and details are correct as I am also using them with another phone.
Tried the email account validation tool. All attempts failed.
The only reason I bought a BB is because I need it for work. If emails don't work it is useless. If I don't solve this problem quikly I'll return it to the shop.
Please help quicly

if your Wifi is on your LAN, then that can explain it why it could not connect.
I have a wifi in our office that is isolated from the LAN so it works las if you were at home or a wifi hotspot
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 5.0.4 and BES 10.2.2 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2008
