JSanders user experience is the most important thing. If many users are complaining there is an issue. If the brightness of q10 is good for you It's good for you but I am not satisfied and there are many users like me.

There are at least three in this thread and four additional friends I know of personally.

It disproves your comment that "all are same".

paxton, I don't know why I'm playing this game with you.

Here is the shot as YOU required. Both at 100%, in a room with NO ambient light (which as you know will dim the Q10 screen)... but here you go.

Tell me, do YOU notice a difference in this shot and YOUR Q10?

Your carrier is lying to you.

paxton, I am not here as your enemy I don't understand why you've chosen to spar off with me, I said in my first post above, something was wrong with your screen brightness, acknowledged it and offered MY advice to you.

You can make personal attacks on me all you want, it will get you no where. I've read your Crackberry thread and now this one, and I can see why the topics there were closed and if you continue to make ME your issue in this thread, I will report those attacks and combative posts to the moderators and allow them to handle it.

Otherwise, please understand this:  This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration.

We are users just like you, happy to help, but other than that, you can't use your brute force here to make someone agree with you on a matter in which I see differently.
