What vehicle are you currently using? Also if you remove the saved Bluetooth connection and then re-pair the Bluetooth connection, do you still receive the same error?

i spoke to toyota and rogers wireless,not their problem and BB you can'y reach. so what do i do . Live with a defective phone or try something else. Customer support does not exist for BB. They want to charge me to talk to them about a defective phone. As a canadian , very disappointing
