Can't Update my profile

Hello ! 

 

I have a problem on my BBM using my Q10 Device. 

 

I Can't access my profile to change the picture or to change my nickname or personal message !!!

 

when I press to enter my profile the BBM stop running , so i exit and enter again !!!

 

The problem is with many people using Q10 .. not only me !

 

So , can i now what is going on ? 

 

Note : i format my blackberry, but there is no benfit !

Restart your #Q10 BlackBerry and try again.
