Cannot send emails to my email address.

I can send and receive emails to/from everybody. When i send to myself I get a red filled circle with a white line in the middle. In the UK it is a "no entry" sign.

Can anyone help.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your email.

 

What type of email account are you using - Gmail, Yahoo, POP/IMAP, Hotmail? Does this only happen when you try to send to yourself using this email and to this email account? 

 

If you have more than one email account, if you were to use a different email account and send yourself an email to another account, does this same issue happen?

I have same issue with only one of my email account, 

 

for std gmail/hotmail/yahoo i can send the email from bb q10, 

 

but my one email which is pvt company server on google ( is this IMAP? ) on this id can not send any email, received on the email id or any email received on hotmail/yahoo/gmail  which i need to send on the  pvt email id, this is not going,

 

can you advice
