I have a Q10 which has been working fine for about a mth. Today I am having trouble with my email and am getting the following error: "The server mail.xxxxxxxx.com for your account (firstname.lastname@example.org) is not responding. Please check your settings and try again".
Checked my setting and they are correct.
deleted and gone through the set up a fresh
rebooted the Q10
confirmed the mail account is working both on a Microsoft PC and a IOS devise and they work fine
confirmed the network is working by sending and receiving text on the Q10
Does any one have any ideas?

-What type of mail account is experiencing this issue?
-Are there multiple accounts that you experience this issue with?
-How often does the account require you to re validate?
-Have you noticed this when connected to WiFi?
Any other details of your experience would be helpful.
