Email account stops to synch emails


I have a problem with my exchange.


I have installed my exchange account and it looked OK, but at a certain point it stopped to received emails, the only thing it does is to synchronise the sent email and also to send email from BB.


I tried to install again the account and happened the same: at the beginning it works and then it stops.


Probably it's a question of memory.


I have 26Gb of email and only 16Gb of memory.


There is a way to say "not download the entire email, but only 1kb per email?


If I add an external SD memory, everything goes automatically?

I think you need to work with your BES admins...having a 25GB mailbox can actually be quite dangerous for the entire mail store. In any event, your BES admins are your proper resource for investigating and, if possible, resolving this issue.

If you are the BES admin, then you should be making your request in the BES-specific section of this site.
