Exchange ActiveSync not working over 3G network

I am having a problem with my new Q10. The problem is concerning ActiveSync. this works fine on an incompany wifi network as well as other wifi networks, but as soon as I try to connect using my 3G connection it does not syncronise.

 

Any suggestions?

It has got to be a setting issue, I use hosted Exchange and I use ActiveSync and it works perfectly. You should have it set to Push. Some things to check would be: SSL , probably should be On, Push should be On, server address and Port. Are you sure that you have a good cellular connection and have DATA enable from your carrier. Have you tried the Browser, if it works then you have a good cellular connection and data.
