Re: How to `undo` a folder?

Hello Terry456 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for your question regarding folders on the BlackBerry Q10.

In the Folder, hold your finger down on one of the icons until they start to pulse. Hold down on the icon and drag it to the bottom of the screen and then place it on the Home screen. This should now remove the folder and the icons should be separated.

Let me know if this helps.

Re: How to `undo` a folder?

I take that as you were able to move the apps?

If so, glad to hear it Smiley Happy

There is one more aspect to address, though. I cannot recall how I just did it on a Q10 running the latest version of everything, but there is a way for two system icons to get stuck in what seems like a folder.

Have a look here:

Any ideas on how to solve this, without having to reset the device?
