I AM UNABLE TO RESTORE MY CONTACTS FROM MY DESKTOP MANAGER TO MY NEW Q10.

 

FURTHER, I AM UNABLE TO USE BLACKBERRY PROTECT TO AS WELL DO SO

 

HELP IS URGENTLY NEEDED

Did you register an e-mail address for your blackberry world?

in the affirmative, please do download the blackberry link and give the same mail address and PW to log on.

once you do so, you have the option to use the restore option, which can be pointed out to the data location from where you need to restore and it works perfectly for me.
