I HAVE PROBLEM WITH MY BBQ10

I ACCIDENTALLY WIPE DATA ON MY Q10 AND IM TRYING TO TURN IT BACK ON NOW IT KEEP SHOWING THE USB AND PC SIGN ON THE SCREEN. I HAVE TRIED THE USB CHARGER TO CONNECT IT TO THE COMPUTER IT SHOWING DEVICE DRIVER NOT SUCCESFULLY CONNECT. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE PLS HELP ME.

You will have to re-install the OS again. Try using Desktop Manager via Usb. Ignore your system's notification about driver. BlackBerry Manager should identify the phone & install the update for you. Hope this helps.

i have tried to dowload it on my pc and connect my phone to my pc but didnt work still.

how do you reinstall the OS??  I'm having the same problem
