Just don't get it.

It may be me but:

Why should it take 3 or 4 steps to "speed" dial, unlike previous BB's?

When searching Contacts (or in Phone mode), type a couple letters, find who you want, close Contacts. Next time, those previous letters are still in search panel and have to be deleted for new search. why?

When I want to delete a particular text message, why does it only offer to delete the entire conversation?

Did the developers think there were people that wanted it this way?

Re: Just don't get it.

only just got my Q10 so still getting used to it but its better than i thought it would be.

if you didnt know it has 25 fast dial shortcuts. if you hit bottom left phone and then drag down screen you can scroll to keypress speed dial.

set up your most used 25 numbers and then you hit the left phone and then press your one key speed dial.

voicemail is already set up so press left phone and press and hold 1/w
