Link not working

Anyone else having issues loading Blackberry Link? Just bought the Q10 and can't get anything off of it because Link continually fails to detect phone and/or move past the first page of set up (displays as 1/4 in upper right hand corner of black screen with the choice of media and name of device on it) . Have tried reloading and removing, have removed all older versions of Blackberry software etc. Have restarted computer, unplugged device and reloaded software before plugging in-and done all the obvious and basic things that usually fix these kinds of problems. And still no joy. FRUSTRATING!!!!!
