No notifications at all???

Hi, I have had my Q10 for three weeks and over the last four days it seems something has changed with my notIfications.

I have checked what mode is selected, nothing is on silent and my bedside mode is switched off from the clock app! I don't get sound on videos when playing, nor on the drop downs when selecting a ringtone!!!

Any ideas please???

On the side edge volume keys... up all the way?

Yes the media volume is on maximum! It really is strange as it was working initially and now nothing???

 

Do you have any other suggestions? I have tried taking the battery out but not a hard reset do you think that is worth a try??? And not sure how to do that on a Q10?

A powered on battery pull is a hard reset.

Have you checked the Settings > notification screen. Is it also set to maximum? And the individual message notification screen?

I having a slightly different problem.. no vibration at all.. incoming calls, messages or mails.. no vibrations function.. when I put on "vibrate only" mode it's basically "silent mode".. any suggestions on how to fix it? I hope the next software update can fix this and not a hardware problem..
