Not syncing

I have upgraded Link and it is not syncing. Every attemot gives me sync unsuccesful I even tried the contact alone and the calendar alone still the same result: HELP!

 Were you able to configure the synchronization successfully but not synchronize? Can you please provide the full error message you receive when trying to synchronize? I look forward to your reply.
