Problems since last software update on my Q10

Hi all,

 

Since the last update I've had nothing but problems! 

 

Like others it deleted all my texts and has also given the hub lots of problems. If I get a facebook message, you can't get rid of the notification in the hub - when you read the FB message, it doesn't show as read and stays in bold text.

I've also had problems with it doing the same with 'voicemail' notification (can't get rid of it) and the latest really painful thing is that it doesn't show any of my recent tesxt messages that I've sent or received.

 

Can anyone help or is this a BB update thing...grrrrr

Reloading the previous OS will not get your past SMS history back.

Yes, but you will need to back up first, and restore the settings aftewards and you'll be fine.
