As BB Email id (email@example.com ) option is not available in 10 series (Q 10 /Z 10 ),. Emails are/can not 'forwarded' to the device but rather 'synced' from the email account itself.
For this we need to leave a mail copy in Mail Server(say 2 days ) for downloading in BB smoothly . The challenge now is that, after thiss 2 days time or the moments mail copy cleared from mail server , those mails which are downloaded in BB also VANISHES from BB Q10 mail box as well. ( it’s never happened to BB Bold /earlier series ) .
once mails are downloaded in BB Bold or earlier models , its remains there till users delete .
how we can resolve this issues
